Operational guidelines and acceptable usage limits for the Synapse-S ecosystem.
1. Neural Access Right
By creating an account, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize our agent orchestration framework. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary routing algorithms will result in immediate system suspension.
2. Resource Consumption Protocol
Each user tier is subject to specific API and agent throughput limits. Automated scraping of our dashboard or interface is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle connections that exceed established safe-usage metrics for system stability.
3. Ownership of Output
You maintain full ownership of all data ingested into Synapse-S and the resulting agentic outputs generated by your configurations. Synapse-S claims no intellectual property rights over your proprietary business logic or knowledge bases.
4. System Uptime & Stability
While we aim for 99.9% system availability, Synapse-S is provided "as is". We are not liable for any secondary or consequential data loss resulting from third-party API service interruptions or unexpected agentic behavior.
