Detailed specification of data handling procedures and encryption measures.
1. Data Ingestion Architecture
Synapse-S only collects data essential for agent performance improvements. This include system-generated identifiers and operational parameters. We utilize a strictly non-persistent ingestion layer for all real-time processing tasks unless explicit storage is configured.
2. Encryption Standards
All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standard. Transmission is secured via TLS 1.3 with mandatory Perfect Forward Secrecy. Your private keys for integrated services are stored in an isolated, SOC2-compliant hardware security module (HSM) environment.
3. Third-party Neural Links
When you link external providers (e.g., Google OAuth), we only retrieve the minimum scopes required for identity verification. We do not sell or lease user metadata to third-party advertising networks. Period.
4. Right to Deletion
Users maintain full control over their digital neural imprint. You can request a complete system purge of all data associated with your UID at any time via the Support interface.
